Dora Maltz creates design concepts in visual identity, corporate communication, packaging, architectural signage in Paris and Europe. Born in Dzierzoniow, Poland, (yes, it’s a mouthful), she lived under 3 isms (communism, socialism & capitalism). Arrived in the US in the ‘60s. BFA from Cooper Union, New York City. Co-founded Davidson & Maltz, a graphic design studio. Relocated to Paris in the late ‘70s where she works as an independent graphic designer. Taught Package Design at Parsons School of Design in Paris, France. Resides in Paris, with her teenage daughter, a nasty cat, two pet rats and many plants.
